Returns & Exchange Policy

Because all our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been customised correctly according to your approved proof.

We will however gladly resolve the following:

✔️ Your item arrived damaged or broken

✔️ Your item was printed or engraved incorrectly (different from your approved proof)

✔️ You received the wrong item

To log a complaint:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp on 074 497 1619 or email info@rosetique.co.za. Please include photos of the item and your order number.

Resolution options:

Depending on the nature of the issue, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are for the customer's account.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations will be subject to a handling fee.
